Hi, I’m Scott—51, from Brighton, UK, dad to two amazing daughters, and on a mission to get stronger in midlife.

I used to be a marathon runner, but after a rough patch with my mental health, I let fitness slip and found myself out of shape. Now, I’m lifting weights for the first time, rebuilding my strength, and proving that it’s never too late to start.
